Terms & Conditions

• "KAYN" refers to the platform, its website, and mobile application.
• "Member" refers to any individual who subscribes to a KAYN plan.
• "Partner" refers to any sports facility or gym that has joined the KAYN network.
• "Services" refers to access to partner facilities and all features offered through KAYN.

To use KAYN, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable Moroccan laws and regulations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. KAYN reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

By subscribing:

• You authorize KAYN to charge the applicable fees at the start of each billing period
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law
• Prices may change with reasonable prior notice

Your KAYN membership grants access to partner facilities subject to:

• Each partner's own rules, operating hours, and capacity limits
• Valid and active KAYN subscription at the time of visit
• Proper check-in via the KAYN application
• Respectful conduct toward staff and other users

KAYN does not guarantee availability at any specific partner facility at any given time.

You agree not to:

• Share your account or QR code with others
• Use KAYN for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with the platform
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Interfere with or disrupt KAYN's systems or services

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days unless required by applicable law.

All content, branding, and technology on KAYN's platform — including logos, designs, and software — are the exclusive property of KAYN and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KAYN shall not be liable for:

• Injuries, accidents, or incidents occurring at partner facilities
• Loss or theft of personal belongings at partner locations
• Interruptions or unavailability of partner facilities
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform

KAYN provides its platform and services "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components.

Partner facilities are independently operated. KAYN is not responsible for the quality, safety standards, or conduct of partner facilities. Any disputes with a partner must be resolved directly with that partner.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.

KAYN reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
